EJ Clearstone Care Services provides complex care at home for individuals with multiple and life-limiting needs. This includes tracheostomy management, PEG feeding regimes, acquired neurological injury, complex genetic neurological conditions and palliative/end-of-life care. We work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, consistent and compassionate care, enabling individuals to remain at home with the right clinical oversight, risk management and personalised support. EJ Clearstone was established as part of transfer of Perfect Community Care Services, supporting the continuation and development of high-quality community and complex care provision. All care staff are appropriately trained and competency assessed in line with individual client needs prior to delivering complex care tasks. Competencies are reviewed regularly to ensure ongoing safety, compliance and best practice..
